Thinking of you and your WONDERFUL HELP in selling my condo in Arlington back in 2006. A friend of mine recommended you, and what a gift that was! you came swooping into my little place, said "replace this! update that! new blinds! paint everywhere! keep this furniture for the staging!" and it worked--it sold for the listed price. Now I'm in Minneapolis and selling another condo. My realtor...nice young guy...not much experience...I asked him what I should do to make it more marketable. "Paint, I guess." me "keep some furniture for staging?" him "maybe." me "what color to paint? antique white?" him "maybe. this beige still seems to be popular..." Wish you were here, Lawanda, to tell me what to do!
